Someone who's an expert at building web sites and applications using CSS/XHTML, PHP, APACHE, MySQL, Flash/ActionScript and has strong optimization and production process skills. An individual with great communication skills who cares about creating ecstatic customers. Must have experience with front-end web technologies, Content Management Systems and a working knowledge of Linux.
