Blue Clover Honored with the Gold and Two Bronze Addys for Design of Web Sites, and Silver Addy for Logo for National Homebuilder
San Antonio, Texas – Blue Clover is once again distinguishing itself in creative innovation by winning, in only its second year of existence, four Addys at the San Antonio American Advertising Federation’s annual Addy Awards ceremony held on Saturday, February 19, 2005. This follows Blue Clover’s excellent achievement of winning the Gold Addy and several Merit awards in its first year of business at the 2004 ceremony.
Blue Clover – the versatile “On and Off-Line Branding™ firm” based in San Antonio – won a Gold Addy in the “Consumer Web Site” category for its flash-based website design for Cementville restaurant at http://www.cementville.com/. A Gold Addy recognizes the highest level of creative excellence and is bestowed upon the entries that the national judges deem the cream of the crop.
“We thought Blue Clover did a great job on our web site of capturing the look and feel of San Antonio’s only urban bistro. The website has played an instrumental role in our overall marketing mix in helping to attract new customers to Cementville,” said Chris Erck, owner, Cementville. Rikki Möller, art director for Blue Clover, accepted the award.
In the same category, Blue Clover also won two Bronze Addys for the design of the flash-based Zen Bar website at http://www.zenbar.com/, and the HTML/Other website for Pet Medical Center of San Antonio at http://www.petmedcenter.com/. Both of these websites were designed and produced by Juan Barrera, creative director and co-partner for Blue Clover.
In the “Element of Advertising” category, Blue Clover won a Silver Addy for the design by creative director Barrera of the Espada logo for Terramark Communities.
