Blue Clover Named Agency of Record for Workforce Solutions

San Antonio, TX – Talk to the enthusiastic team of directors and managers at Workforce Solutions—the workforce development network for businesses and residents in the Rio Grande Valley—and these statements bubble up:

  • We are a talent enterprise.
  • We have our eye on the ball.
  • Workforce development is the cornerstone of a growing community.
  • We take care of folks that don’t have an opportunity.
  • It’s no longer “business as usual” in the Rio Grande Valley.
  • Workforce development is a community issue that must be attacked and conquered on many fronts, by many people.

It is obvious the leaders at Workforce Solutions, led by their Harvard educated CEO and President Yvonne “Bonnie” Gonzalez, are passionate about their job…to create jobs.

It was Blue Clover’s charge to capture this passion and enthusiasm in the complete new brand campaign: logo, tagline, website, as well as other branding elements including signage, stationery, banners, promotional items, special events, public relations and more. The website will also be featured in Spanish. The goal of the new branding campaign is to highlight Workforce Solution’s success helping Rio Grande Valley companies and organizations find the right people to fill their employment needs.

“Blue Clover is proud to work with the dedicated, enthusiastic management team of Workforce Solutions to develop materials that will promote the value of a trained and prepared workforce,” says José B. Sena, CEO and president of Blue Clover. “We will incorporate the key elements of talent and vision to illustrate the ‘people side’ of businesses, which Workforce Solutions proudly builds itself upon.”

Workforce Solutions is a workforce development network that provides businesses, employers, job seekers and employees with the resources needed to succeed in an ever-changing business climate. It provides a network where board members, board staff, training providers and contractors converge in order to accomplish the vision of any company. The non-profit organization prides itself on building partnerships within the local businesses and the community-at-large, which in turn strengthens the economy of the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas. The Valley is located in the southernmost tip of Texas and includes Brownsville, McAllen, Harlingen, Edinburg, Weslaco and Mission.

“Workforce Solutions was built on the power of talented people to achieve a vision,” said Gonzalez. “Blue Clover shares that passion with us. Their young, energetic staff knows the Valley and our culture. Since we hired the firm, we have seen nothing but contemporary and exciting ideas that we are in the process of implementing.”
