Blue Clover Named One of San Antonio’s Best Places to Work: Firm ranks #3 in small company category of San Antonio Business Journal award

San Antonio, TX – Blue Clover employees are happy to work here, and they loudly bragged about it. On and Off-line Branding™ firm Blue Clover was named one of San Antonio Business Journal’s Best Places to Work, taking the number three spot in the small company category. One of 16 winners in the small company category and one of 39 overall winners, Blue Clover is a pioneering design firm that focuses on merging traditional and interactive disciplines to maximize the brand relationship between a company and its customers.

The San Antonio Business Journal starts the Best Places to Work contest in early spring, sending out an invitation for employees to nominate their companies by answering a series of questions about working conditions, compensation, recognition, perks and other benefits. A minimum of 10 employees completed the survey by mid-April for the company to qualify.

“Not much else tops being honored by your own employees,” said José B. Sena, president and CEO of Blue Clover. “We pride ourselves on being high touch with our clients, as well internally, so it is rewarding to know that our employees appreciate it and believe in it. We are blessed with a dynamic team who seems to feel just as lucky to be with us.”

Partner and general manager Ryan Kelly accepted the award on behalf of the firm at the annual Best Places to Work Awards Luncheon on June 6 at the Oak Hills Country Club, with all the employees in attendance. The small company category included businesses with 10 to 50 employees. The medium company category included those with 51 to 100 employees, and the large company category covered 100-plus employees.
