Falcon International Bank hires Blue Clover

Falcon International Bank has named Blue Clover its agency of record for advertising, marketing and public relations initiatives. Blue Clover will provide integrated communications services of both on- and off-line branding to Falcon International Bank, a $320 million bank serving the Laredo market for 16 years. Falcon opened its first San Antonio branch in 2001.

Blue Clover, which will serve in the account management role, formed a strategic alliance with inHOUSE Consulting Group and Second Shift Marketing Solutions Co. because of their expertise in public relations and strategic management.

"Our partners represent the best in their disciplines," says Jose Sena, president and CEO of Blue Clover. "We are thrilled to be working with them."

"Blue Clover understands our brand and our customers," adds Adolfo E. Gutierrez, president of Falcon International Bank.

Falcon International Bank was recently recognized by Hispanic Business and ranked No. 75 on its list of the 100 fastest-growing Hispanic-owned businesses.

American Banker ranked Falcon No. 57 on its list for return on assets, covering the first quarter of 2003.

The National Bankers Association (NBA) awarded Falcon the coveted 2003 NBA High Performance Bank Award for the second year in a row. The bank has a branch in San Antonio and plans to build two additional branches in San Antonio in 2004.
