Shaver named Executive Assistant at Blue Clover

San Antonio, TX – Blue Clover, a versatile, highly creative On and Off-line Branding™ firm fusing strategic online and traditional marketing communications, has named Abigail “Abby” Shaver its executive assistant. This pioneering design firm focuses on merging traditional and interactive disciplines to maximize the brand relationship between the company and the customer. Blue Clover uniquely mixes electronic branding through award-winning websites, e-commerce, SEO and content manageable systems with traditional tools including name and logo development, public relations, direct mail and special events planning.

As an executive assistant, Shaver is responsible for the firm’s administrative duties such as filing and answering the phones, as well as all travel arrangements for management and staff. She serves as the personal assistant to the president, maintains general office duties and manages the office calendars. Shaver is also responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material, as well as office correspondence.

Prior to Blue Clover, she worked for Leading Edge Temp agency while attending school and was a camp counselor at Camp Capers of the Episcopal Diocese of West Texas. Previously, she worked as a temporary receptionist for the Law Offices of Peter Wolverton and the temporary personal secretary for Don Krause of Bayne, Snell, and Krause.

A cum laude graduate with high honors from the University of Incarnate Word, Shaver has a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics and minor in accounting. She is currently pursuing her master’s and Ph.D. degrees in mathematics at the University of Incarnate Word.
