Situated in one of the least damaged areas by Hurricane Katrina, Traçage Condominiums is a 23-story modern loft-style condominium project located in the heart of the warehouse district of New Orleans. This brochure was used to attract prospects and was jam-packed with renderings of the exterior and interior of the building, all done by....you guessed it...Blue Clover.
